The Wellness Forum, hosted by Ultra Black Wellness Society, is a powerful, community-driven experience designed to elevate the health of Black individuals across the GTA through education, risk awareness, and preventative care.

The day starts with a short introduction to ground the conversation, followed by interactive breakout sessions across three wellness pillars:

Body - Physical health and chronic disease prevention
Movement - Movement as medicine and emotional regulation
