Ultra Black Wellness Society
Who We Are
Ultra Black Wellness Society empowers the Black community to prioritize wellness, individually and collectively.
We create programs, events and work with various organizations to foster positive change and improve the holistic health of our community.
What We Do
Join us where it all began at one of our welcoming, beginner-friendly weekly run meetups in Toronto, Mississauga, or Hamilton. Let’s move, connect, and grow together.
We’re here to connect the Black community with wellness resources, events, and professionals to support mental, spiritual, and physical well-being in a real and meaningful way. It’s about taking care of ourselves and each other, and building a space where health and healing feel accessible and communal.
Running not your thing? No problem. Fitness is more than just miles on the pavement. We host monthly workouts, fun movement challenges, and seasonal sports teams. There’s something for everyone to get moving, connect, and feel good.
Calling All Experts
Ultra Black Wellness Society is building a network of professionals who want to contribute their knowledge to strengthen our community. We are looking for experts across fields including health, finance, law, fitness, IT, mental wellness, and more.
